Our Chesapeake Saltbox Home has many expressions with it’s Prairie Style Windows; Saltbox Vacation Home, Cottage, Modern/Contemporary, all depending upon your selection of color schemes and fascade. It combines the elements of traditional architecture with modern concepts. This saltbox house plan is a two story, 3 bedroom home, 2 ½ bath, with a first floor master suite. Entering the front double doors and front deck welcomes you into a large Family Room with optional fireplace. The flow of the floor plan has a Dinette area with bump out with two windows flooding the area with sunlight. The Kitchen has a great layout with a builders pantry and a large island. Just off of the Kitchen area is the Laundry area, Mud Room and Powder Room. The second floor has two additional bedrooms and bath. The 2 nd floor balcony extends over the entirety of the Family Room below. At only 1683 our designers have developed a plan that has many many amenities in a small foot print.
