The great room and kitchen boast 12-foot-walls, creating a grand and open atmosphere. The kitchen includes a convenient island, perfect for entertaining guests or preparing meals. With three bedrooms, a laundry room, and a private master suite on the second floor with a bridge to open-to-below concept, this floor plan is designed with practicality and comfort in mind. The ceiling heights in the bedrooms on the first floor are at 9 feet. The garage also features 12-foot walls and a 1-foot door, providing ample space for storage, larger vehicles or workshop needs.
