Both the Bartley and Bartley II offer a very budget friendly home. As with it’s sister, The Bartley I, this home too offers a full front porch, 3 bedrooms with a large master bedroom, a beautiful dining room with a walk out bay and 1 car garage. To give the Bartley a millennial flair, we have added the following trim package features: Returns on the peak, trim over the front door and garage door, a stone front, shake trim on the peak, wider trim around the windows, eliminating the shutters, and arched windows in the garage doors. The tapered porch posts and prairie style windows complement each other for a new millennial flair.
