The Malvern is a modest two-story model and consists of 2223 sq. ft. The in-law suite will have their own on suite with master bath, living and dining area and kitchenette. You will be able to access the main living area in the house by way of the laundry/mud room, which both parties have ample access to.

There are municipalities that do have restrictions in regards to a single-family dwelling with two functioning kitchens. This is something that needs to be worked through, but be sure to check first with your municipality.
